Dear devotees

Sree chovva Maha Shiva Kshetram is blessed by Lordess Bhadrakali. Due to invasion of Tippu sultan, the

temple has been be partly destroyed before, but after the vibrant restoration activities the power and

divinty has been restored.

Like Kuchela offered “Avil” to Lord Krishna and got blessed, all devottees can offer “pongal” to Lordess

Bhadrakali and get blessed.

The “bhadradeepam” from Attukal Temple will be handed over to “Maharani Aswathy Thirunal Gauri

Lakshmibhai Thampuratty” and transferrred to chariot on 4th May and will reach Chovva, on 15th May

under the guidance of Attukal Melshanthi pongal will be dedicated to Lordess Bhadrakali.

All devottees are invited for the same and get blessed.

Let Sree Chovva Maha Shiva Kshetram be the Sabarimala for all lady devotees…
